RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns following the guidelines listed on this page will be accepted for

  • STORE CREDIT 
  • EXCHANGE
  • REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN ON FAULTY PRODUCTS

 Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime online.   

 

Guidelines

  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive a store credit. Items not returned within 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Please take the time to use our sizing guide before your purchase to prevent disappointment - we cannot make refunds due to incorrect fit. 
  • Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Sanitary strips, manufacturer tags, and any other applicable accessories must be in-tact and untampered with.
  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
  • All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return.
  • All goods will be inspected on return. 
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. 
  • We will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.
  • Allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. 

Shipping & Shipping Cost

  • At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions.
  • Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and paid for by the customer, not KINILUSH.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is YOUR responsibility.
  • Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please be sure to contact us immediately via email at info@kinilush.com if there is an issue with your order. We will always do our best to rectify any issues.

  1. Pack items securely in your package of choice and include a copy of your invoice. Please note:KINILUSH is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
  2. Ship your package off at your local post office.

What next? 

If your package arrives in due time, your return will be inspected and processed for store credit. You will be notified via email to the address used upon checking out with a store credit amount.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the return arrival date to receive notification on your return status.
